Challenge: For this type manipulation exercise, we learned various ways of working with type. The tool I found challenging was, Create > Outlines.
For some reason, the text stayed shaded in my drop down menu so I was unable to use this command.

Success :
I spent time experimenting with the ‘Type on Path’ tool. Simply using the pen tool to follow the silhouette of the hills and the text follows the path and direction. It is really a simple tool for creating impactful quote posters like this..
